From 4 December 2017, there are 4 changes to the “learner” driving test.

1. Independent driving part will increase to 20 minutes.
2. Most candidates will follow directions from a sat nav.
3. Reversing manoeuvres will be changed.…
4. You’ll answer a vehicle safety question while driving.
